Teaching Style

My teaching style is to be a facilitator. I let the kids self-learn by exploration, so they will develop critical thinking skills. I let the kids be creative and build self-confidence when they come out with conclusions. If they are wrong, I provide feedback and explain why their answer is wrong; if they are right, then I reward them. I want them all to participate, nobody is left behind. I listen what they have to say. I like to focus on each of them because everybody is different and needs to be address differently.
